In the work of improving the educational and economic lives of students enrolled at postsecondary institutions, we use the term momentum as an indicator that students are making progress to a postsecondary credential and to describe institutional efforts to implement scalable interventions that have proven to improve outcomes for students. Momentum Makers in Higher Education is dedicated to the postsecondary leaders, advocates, faculty and staff that work tirelessly to implement reforms that result in many more students earning postsecondary credentials, entering the workforce and achieving their life goals.
